This is a few miles from Llanberis, 7 miles east of Caernarfon; an excellent base for touring Snowdonia National Park with walking and cycling from the door. Four bedrooms (narrow stairs): king-size, a single leading to a room with king-size + single beds, and a ground floor 4' double. Downstairs bath/shower room & second WC, fitted kitchen, lounge with solid fuel burner and a dining room with superb views and door to the garden. Slate and solid oak floors. W/machine, slim d/washer, f/freezer, TV, DVD, hi-fi, gas c/heating. Mature hillside garden with small slate patio and stream (young children to be supervised); secure bike storage. No smoking inside.
